Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement effective recruitment and staffing strategies.

Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and forecast future requirements.

Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate evaluations.

2.Employee Relations:

Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

3.Performance Management:

Administer performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.

Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

Monitor and analyze employee performance data.

4.Compliance:

Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.

Develop and update HR policies and procedures.

5.HR Metrics and Reporting:

Develop and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.

Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
