We are seeking an experienced and driven Client Success Manager who is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in clinical operations and sales acumen. This role is essential in ensuring our clients — primarily healthcare organizations — receive exceptional service, achieve their goals, and recognize continuous value from our solutions.
The ideal candidate combines clinical knowledge with business acumen to build lasting relationships, optimize client outcomes, and contribute to revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and processes to ensure their continued success.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients to track success, address concerns, and implement improvement strategies.
Clinical Expertise & Consulting:
- Leverage nursing and healthcare knowledge to advise clients on best practices, operational improvements, and clinical efficiencies.
- Ensure solutions align with client workflows, regulatory requirements, and patient care standards.
- Support problem resolution by combining clinical insights with business solutions.
Sales & Growth Support:
- Identify opportunities for service expansion, upselling, and cross-selling to support revenue growth.
- Assist in sales presentations, leveraging clinical expertise to demonstrate value and build credibility.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure client retention and promote additional services.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing performance to ensure a smooth and successful
- experience.
- Monitor key success metrics, driving proactive engagement and continuous improvement.
- Address and resolve client challenges, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (in good standing).
- 2+ years of clinical experience is a must.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client success (healthcare-related services preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
